- Regular participants: $295 until April 30, $350 thereafter
- Students: $95 until April 30, $125 thereafter
Our low student fee of $95 is made possible by a very generous donation from the Kraks Foundation of $100 per student to the running costs of the conference.
Cancellation policy: There is a cancellation charge of 50% (plus transfer and currency conversion) for presenters of papers who unregister between April 1 and May 1, 2019. There is a cancellation charge of US $20 (plus transfer and currency conversion) for non-presenting participants before May 1, 2019. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2019.

The conference venue is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of Amsterdam Zuid Station, where trains, metros, trams and buses stop. International travellers who arrive at Schiphol Airport can take the train to Amsterdam Zuid, which takes about 5 minutes.
⚠ Due to construction works there will be no trains from Amsterdam Zuid to Schiphol airport during the weekend. We recommend you to take Uber or Metro 52 from Amsterdam Zuid to Central Station and then a 20 minutes train to Schiphol Airport.
