Submission

The submission deadline was Saturday, January 21, 2023. The program committee has emailed authors of submissions about their selection decisions.

Registration and Fees

Please register for the conference at https://editorialexpress.com/conference/emuea2023/.

Deadlines: Presenters must register by March 21 to be included in the program.

Fees: The registration fees for the conference are:

Cancellation policy: Registrants who cancel their registration prior to April 1, 2023 must pay a cancellation charge of 50% (plus transfer and currency conversion). Registrations cannot be cancelled after April 1.

Those who want to walk to the dinner venue together after the last parallel session on Friday, May 5 should convene outside the Velodromo Building (the conference venue) at 19:30.

Catering

Lunch and coffee will be provided at Via Roentgen 1 (building 1 in Bocconi Campus Virtual Tour) on both days of the conference.

Student Prize Sessions

The program features two sessions on Friday with the six finalists of the student prize competition. The winner(s) of the student prize will be announced during the conference reception on Friday evening.

Parallel Sessions and Keynote Lectures

In parallel sessions, 20-minute presentations are followed by a 5-minute discussion and 5 minutes for audience questions and comments. Session chairs should assist in keeping the session running on time. See these detailed instructions for loading your presentations from a USB stick onto the classroom computers. Presenters should be in the room 15 minutes before the session starts.

COVID-19 precautions at the conference

At the moment, Italy has lifted all Covid-related travel restrictions for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated travelers. Common sense precautions are recommended.

Registration

Participants will need to register before accessing the conference. The registration desk will be at Via Roentgen 1 (building 1 in Bocconi Campus Virtual Tour). All participants will be provided with all relevant info and a badge to be shown in order to get access to all conference services (e.g., catering).

WiFi access

All the buildings are covered by wi-fi (standard 802.11ac). Participants in Conferences will receive temporary login and password for the duration of the event by joining the wifi-guest network. No registration is necessary.

Accommodation

There are many hotels nearby. Hotel comparison websites such as Booking.com provide many more options for a wide range of budgets. Airbnb offers various types of accommodation in Milan.
