Submission
The submission deadline was May 21, 2026. The program committee will notify authors about their decisions in early July.
We continue to invite people to sign up to participate in the conference as discussants and/or session chairs. If you would like to volunteer, please follow this link.
Registration and Fees
Please register for the conference at https://editorialexpress.com/conference/nauea2026/. Presenters should register using the same username as when they submitted.
Deadlines: Presenters must register by July 22 to be included in the program. For non-presenting attendees, registration closes on September 10.
Fees: The registration fees for the conference are:
- Regular participants: $395 until September 2, $475 until registration closes on September 10.
- Students: $195 until September 2, $240 until registration closes on September 10.
- Registration may be possible after September 10 at the local organizers' discretion: regular participants $550 and students $300.
- We are not able to offer travel grants, fee waivers, or other funding support for attendance.
Cancellation policy: Registrants who cancel their registration prior to September 2 must pay a cancellation charge of 50% (plus currency conversion and transfer fees). Registrations cannot be cancelled after September 2.
Travel to the United States
Participants who need a visa to travel to the United States should apply as soon as possible.
Accommodation
There are many hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. The following hotels are recommended: Club Quarters Central Loop, JW Marriott Chicago, Kimpton Gray Hotel, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago, The Palmer House Hilton, Residence Inn Chicago Downtown/Loop, Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, The LaSalle Chicago, and Canopy by Hilton Chicago Loop.
